He was born on 1st Nov 1950 in village Kharar of Muzaffarnagar in a large family of a farmer. From childhood, he was among the best in his village in studies. He did M.A.(History, Political Science & Sanskrit) from CCS university and became teacher. In his teaching career, he taught in A.V. Inter college Daha (Baghpat), R.I. college Shahpur(M.Nagar) and Kishan Inter College Mohiuddinpur as high school Biology & Science teacher. From very long time he was putting efforts to provide higher education to girls as our society is reluctant to send their daughters far away for studies. He donated land for school to Maharishi Dayanand Educational Trust which established Rural Girls Competitive Degree College. With his sustained efforts came in existence this college. .
